CONSISTENCY OVER PERFECTION

CONSISTENCY OVER PERFECTION

You don't need the perfect practice. You just need a practice you can return to.

It is easy to think that yoga needs an hour of uninterrupted time, perfect focus, and the ideal environment. But a meaningful practice doesn't have to look like that. Sometimes, ten quiet minutes on your mat can be enough.

A few stretches in the morning. A moment to breathe between meetings. A gentle practice before bed. These small moments can become part of your rhythm.

Consistency isn't about pushing yourself to practice every day. It is about creating a relationship with movement that feels sustainable. Some days you will do more. Some days you will do less. Both are part of the practice.

Let go of the idea of doing it perfectly. Roll out your mat. Take a breath. Begin with one movement.

Then come back when you're ready.
